Too close to the shore and your Jet picked up stones or similar and damaged the impeller? No reason to worry. You find a replacement stator, made of aluminium 7075, for your Jet 80 here.
Your Jet is back on the water within 6 steps
- Unscrew the screws on the side of the nozzle
- Take the complete nozzle off the jet
- Loosen the grub screws on the side that hold the stator in the nozzle
- Swap the stator
- Fix this with the grub screws
- Reassemble the nozzle with stator onto the jet

You find a replacement impeller, made of aluminium 7075, for your Jet 80 here.Your Jet is back on the water within 8 stepsLoosen the jet clutch grub screwUnscrew the jet's cooling water nipple Remove the 3 - M4 grub screws on the nozzle of the jet Now remove the rear nozzle Now you need a strong rope or something similar. Put this around the impeller and pull it out of the jet body with the shaft Now carefully heat the 2 grub screws on the impeller and remove them Detach the impeller from the shaft and replace it - don't forget to secure the grub screws of the new impeller with Loctite as well Now assemble the jet in reverse order and you are ready to go
