You find a replacement stator, made of aluminium 7075, for your Jet 80 here.Your Jet is back on the water within 6 steps Unscrew the screws on the side of the nozzle Take the complete nozzle off the jet Loosen the grub screws on the side that hold the stator in the nozzle Swap the stator Fix this with the grub screws Reassemble the nozzle with stator onto the jet

You find a replacement impeller, made of aluminium 7075, for your Jet 80 here.Your Jet is back on the water within 8 stepsLoosen the jet clutch grub screwUnscrew the jet's cooling water nipple Remove the 3 - M4 grub screws on the nozzle of the jet Now remove the rear nozzle Now you need a strong rope or something similar. Put this around the impeller and pull it out of the jet body with the shaft Now carefully heat the 2 grub screws on the impeller and remove them Detach the impeller from the shaft and replace it - don't forget to secure the grub screws of the new impeller with Loctite as well Now assemble the jet in reverse order and you are ready to go
