Because sometimes things dont go according to plan
Too close to the shore and your Jet picked up stones or similar and damaged the impeller? No reason to worry. You find a replacement impeller, made of aluminium 7075, for your Jet 52 here.
Your Jet is back on the water within 8 steps
- Loosen the jet clutch grub screw
- Unscrew the jet's cooling water nipple
- Remove the 3 - M4 grub screws on the nozzle of the jet
- Now remove the rear nozzle
- Now you need a strong rope or something similar. Put this around the impeller and pull it out of the jet body with the shaft
- Now carefully heat the 2 grub screws on the impeller and remove them
- Detach the impeller from the shaft and replace it - don't forget to secure the grub screws of the new impeller with Loctite as well
- Now assemble the jet in reverse order and you are ready to go
